That would depend which one. Torreta 1, Torreta 2, Torreta 3, Torreta Florida etc

Lots of redevelopment work due to crumbling areas, flood barriers and so on but depends on which one.

This from a couple of years ago

Torreta 3

They've been doing a lot of work in that area so it may be worth looking to see how it's coming on.

Our urb borders Torettas 111,and unfortunately it is quite rundown?

In its defence,we are near, schools, supermarkets, not far from The Habaneros Centre, and we are on a good bus service.

As Marcliff said,we recently read that there is going to be a large expensive refurb of Toretas 111,so don't give up on it?

Also not far away on the 905 a massive housing complex is just being built.

Good Luck.

And permission has been granted to move the bus station from city to 905 near Fire station/Policia Local

We live on an urbanisation within Toretta 3. It is really nice and road access is good. It depends where the property is.

Hello

In my opinion, the last thing to do is look for a property! The first thing is to find the correct location for yourself and your requirements.  Narrowing down the right location(there are so  many to choose from) is vital,  then come out for a visit and check out the  area, facilities, public transport , supermarkets, gyms,, etc. etc taking in to consideration the extreme heat in the summer months.

When you have decided all of these things then you should start looking at properties available, it's so expensive if you get it wrong

Cheers
