The Amazon lockers in the Boulevard are in the room with toilets, next to Primary.
When you place your order, take the option for a new delivery address. I can't remember the precise details, but look for the Boulevard in a drop down list, they call it "Monica" for some reason.
When it is delivered, you will receive an email with a code. Enter the code on the keypad next to the lockers and one of the doors will spring fully open. Easy.
