Does any one know what error code Z56100 in Sabadell online banking?

Hi sorry I can’t answer your question, however I’m using the Sabadell App as opposed to the website and the App is working fine with no error codes. What is it that you are trying to do that causes the error code?

Has he tried downloading the App and seeing if he can access his account? I haven’t used the website for many years to access my account so hopefully someone on the forum might be able to throw some light on to why he is getting this error code. If you are on Facebook or Twitter maybe contact Sabadell via their social media accounts if you don’t get any replies from any of the forum members. Hope you can get it sorted.

I think you will find that it is a transfer issue.

I always use the Sabadell app. I just tried it and had no problem with accessing my account. Good luck.

Hi All 

I have the same problem of not being able to log onto internet banking. I was advised by Sabadell it was because I had to change my password to fall in line with the new banking security measures. That being from a four digit number to an eight digit number. Only problem with that is I can't log onto internet banking to change the password and if I try to change it with the phone app. it keeps coming up with I have supplied the incorrect information!!!!!!!. I have phoned customer services 4 times now and on each occasion I was told the security department would ring me back asap. to run through the procedure to update my password. To date I have heard nothing. By he way, the first phone call was in July. I did go into the branch in Almoradi and spoke to them and they gave me the phone number I had been ringing. I have since given up!!!!!!! 

Whilst appreciating we have a serious pandemic with covid and staff everywhere are under a strain, if they are not able to fulfil the obligation of phoning you back, they should not offer to do so.
