Thank you so much for your prompt reply. It is vital for both my wife's and my health. This could well end in tragedy if it isn't stopped straight away.

Edit to add: Both my wife and I speak adequate Castellano, but at times like this I apprecate the opportunity to use English to be perfectly clear and 100% understand....

...

Wishing you and your wife all the best hope you get this sorted you need a good solicitor and phone the guards civil not the locales all the best

Hello again after such a long time, I am wondering how you and your wife are getting on.  Has your neighbour continued to abuse you or has he stopped?  I hope and pest that you finally gave peace to enjoy your new home. Please let me know

Sincerely,

Granny Rose.

What a very kind post! Thank you for your concern.

We chose to ignore them. And now all the other neighbours have arrived, not a peep out of them. They have a very bad reputation on the Urbanisation, and our Security Guard told them quite bluntly, that they have caused 90% of the disruption here.

He, and another very pleasant next-door neighbour, were bothered by a very large cactus tree on our property, because the fruit explode, and go everywhere in their properties, and so I paid out 150 euros to have it removed. He went straight up onto his roof, and started shouting at the workers, and taking videos and photos of them working in MY property. Blew my top, and called the Police, and denounced him...it is illegal to take photos and videos of other people's property. The next day we went to Policia Local, and stopped the denuncia. He knew the Police had been...and since then...nothing. The denuncia would probably have elevated the situation...but he now knows I won't mess about😁

I also took advantage of a very helpful comment regarding Lawyers, and they recommended Maria, in San Miguel. Lovely, helpful Lady! 101% recommendation from us too! Thanks for the tip!

Thank you for replying.  It’s such a relief to know that all is well with you both. Continue ignoring him and hopefully he will leave you in peace. Pleased to know that your solicitor is able to help you too. The best of luck moving forward.
