Hi Im in the same position as you are, I was recommended Currenciesdirect, if you have a smartphone you can get their App and register on line and you can see what rate you will get it keeps changing every 5 seconds currently 112.75

Yes Ireland has a reciprocal agreement with Spain.

I use Simon at this email and they use " Spot " rates which are close to bank to bank transfer rates and thoroughly recommend them...Please mention my name...Hope that helps...Graham.
