Hi piratestan, we used VRE and a few others, but they helped a lot, and ferried us everywhere, the agent took us to lunch, and was very pleased with them.

I bought in El Galan in the end. I looked at Algorfa and Las Ramlas but when I drove in the evening it was so quiet. This was in winter and most of the homes are holiday for golfing.

I am single and would have felt isolated at night if not out all the time plus not great coming back to an empty house with not many neighbours around.

Both are lovely places but I am near Las Ramlas so can still enjoy the cafe restaurant there from time to time.

Hi Paul and Tony

I moved here October 2016 South of Torrevieja with my dog and 2 cats.

The peoplease I have met are wonderful and enjoy the life. I took the plunge on my own and so glad I did.

I do miss M&S food for ease and that is it. Speak to peow on here and your neighbours. As humans the majority of us live to help.

My tip given to me is things happen slower here so if booking contractors etc bear in mind. I was a now person but understand life is slower but with that comes relaxation.

The only thing you have to fear is fear itself.

Enjoy.

He he well put Gilly, im still in the process of finalizing the purchase of my apartment in torrevieja, and going a bit nuts from time to time with how slow my lawyer works ... manana manana :D

Cheers Kim

Hi Kim

Some are slower than others - a gentle call DAILY may help LOL :0)

All the very best with your move.
