Hi bobby, coming over to guardamar in early oct, we will be looking to buy a house,in that area, can you get buses to the local towns everyday, if so, that would be great. sean and anita

Hi Kay don’t let things like that put you off it is everywhere,, you have to be vigilant no matter where you are ,, we are just outside Torrevieja on a quiet Urbanización and one of our neighbors was broken into ,, it happens unfortunately these people are everywhere!! One point to consider make sure you can let the property out if that’s what your intentions are .Not sure if you’ve herd of Kyero a really good site to look on and Silvia. Es ,, best of luck and enj

Thanks for replying.

We look on that site all the time! It's great, there's lots of good properties on there. 

It sounds like you are in a nice place. And yes you'll always have problems like that. My sister lives on a lovely estate just outside Newcastle here and they've had a few break ins recently.

Hi Kay your welcome, my brother is just off Habinarous and loves it ,, he also gets but from Alicante airport that goes straight into bus station for a few Euros so saves him a fortune not paying for taxis !!!

Hi Sean & Anita Yes there is a local bus service to all surrounding areas even to get from one end of Guardamar to the other. Excellent service. Hope this helps. Bobbynoo
