If you try to speak a little Spanish you might find the service you get improves 😎

I don't know about you - I have some basic Spanish but their home insurance people speak English or French.... so in terms of claims issues everything went well... Local branch staff are pleasant enough if not exactly the most organised... but I believe this is par for the course..

Thank You, for your reply to my topic.

I have now signed up to their insurance and recieved a 100 euro discount from my bank draft for my property purchase.

Everything was handled in a clear, efficient and friendly manner including how to cancel my insurance if I wished to switch to another company at the end of my contract.

I did attempt some basic spanish but the lady spoke excellent english, and was happy to answer all my questions.

Based on my experience so far, I agree that the bank offer a very good service.
