I know what you mean, if I have the washing machine going I can't use the kettle......I had a problem with a socket and called Les.  He is English and was very helpful sorting things out.  I live on the urbanisation of San Luis the other side of La Siesta.  His number is 635124806.  It may not be the oven itself but the fact that there is too much equipment being used at the same time.....common in Spain....

If it trips out your supply with nothing else connected then the oven is faulty, they are not worth repairing when compared to the cost of a new one.

The OP has already said they had “pulled out” the other appliances. New ovens can be faulty, the element may have become dislodged in transit and is shorting to Earth.

Turn all your appliances off including your oven.

Make sure the dials on the oven are off so nothing is on when you switch it on from the wall. If you now switch this on from the wall and it trips out there is a problem with the cable from the switch itself (the one that connects the actual oven to the switch)

If the electric doesn't trip out then turn the actual oven on from the dials so creates a load. If it has a grill try that first. If it still stays on turn off the grill and turn on the oven part. If this stays on then the oven is okay.

If you then go round and turn on your other appliances one at a time and the electric trips you know that the there is a problem with the load being drawn.

How many appliances do not work when the breaker trips?

What is the load rating on the breaker that trips?

Just wondered if you managed to get your electrics sorted?

Thanks
