We need to install a carport and replace old gates by sliding solar-powered gates.

Hi, I see your location is Torrevieja, I suggest you get permission from Torrevieja Town Hall before you put up a car port, we put a lovely one up and were sent a Denuncia from the Town hall and made to take it down! Everybody else by us and in our road and the surrounding roads has one but we had to take ours down, long tale so won't go into it but be careful as it was costly to put and costly to take down! Get permission first is my advice.

Before getting into any paperwork I recommend talking to the "Arquitecto Municipal" who will tell you what ypou can do and what not.
