When we first moved to mainland Europe ten years ago, my DLA mobility component was cut, but the care component is still paid to this day. I understand things may have changed since, with PIP largely having replaced DLA, but please follow previous posters advice to contact Newcastle.

You need to get Spanish legal advice on this it’s too important to get right rather than rely on opinions; nothing is straightforward in Spain and then you find out later there are legal issues in play . I strongly advise you to find a recommended legal specialist in the area you are planning to move to and they will cover all the pitfalls for you and are not as expensive as the uk. The estate agent may be able to recommend one
