Thank you so much for your patience. Our solicitor did this on line for us 10th July. I am now panicking as we have still not received an appointment or our padron. The solicitor had acknowledgement that they had received our request and nothing since. As we cannot speak to anyone and they do not answer there phones it’s getting quite frustrating. I feel we should have received something by now. Once again thank you. I will be up early in the morning

I would like to thank everyone for your help. I was up at 4 am this morning and hopefully I have completed it successfully. I have been given 9/9/20. Fingers crossed, I cannot imagine what has happened to the form submitted by the solicitor 10/7/20. Once again thanks for your patience. Thank god for sites like these.

Hi Olga53,

I have just seen a post on the Ayuntamiento Facebook page which says that the City Council of Torrevieja has launched a new "URGENCES" care service in Census and Statistics as well as in "REGISTER" to meet the needs for issuance of certificates or registration of documentation whose deadlines have a date of compliance. In order to access this service, the citizen must send an email with the personal data of the applicant, the reason for the urgency, as well as the supporting evidence of the deadline to be met.
