Can anyone recommend I am EU citizen I have S1 Padron NIE do I need Spanish bank account can you recommend someone who has helped you ? Thank you

You don't need a TIE as you are an EU citizen but you need to sign on the foreigners register at the National Police station. Here is a link:

You will need to show you have healthcare, you're S1 in this case and show you have financial means.
