Hi, can anyone tell me please? If I wanted to tour the Costa Blanca area in a campervan from January to June, would I need to apply for residencies or  padron, to do this?

No. As long as you do not settle down nobody cares about where and how long you stay. And a camper van is not suitable for permanent residence.

Thanks Killjoy, I was considering renting for 6 months, but, with all the rules and regulations, I thought I might use camper then I would see more of the area.

Thankyou Ray for your reply. I am a 70 year old retired HGV of 48 years. I have travelled the length and breadth of the UK in my truck and camping and caravanning. I have also travelled every year for the past 50 years to Canada, USA,  around the Med and many other countries. I like to sightsee where ever I go, not sit on a beach or in a bar, I like to see what different cultures do. Perhaps you are the type I have just mentioned and never been anywhere. Regards Pedro.
