Can anyone please recommend a reputable company for doing our Non Residency tax. Our Solicitors charged another €72 fee on top of the tax bill. We currently pay them €140 each year, for god knows what, supposed to be for paying our bills. ? Thanks .

Andy at Angar Taxation all done by email fee €20 per person. This includes paying the taxes,all receipts are emailed to you. I can highly recommend them, very efficient and extremely helpful. Many members in the forum also recommended them.

That's a very good price from Angar and they do come highly recommended on here.
Paying a solicitor to do everything is the most expensive option so maybe cancel that contract asap as it is a nice little earner for them. Also, if you gave them POA when you purchased, get it rescinded.
Find out exactly what the solicitor is doing over the year and if you have any problems sorting anything yourself, come back on the forum.

I agree with the other replies.
Angar Taxation. Very good.
€20 each person listed on deeds plus the taxes due.
All can be done online.
No commitment until you agree with invoice amount.

I'd also recommend:
Angar charge per person, so if the property is in one name only, Angar will be the most cost effective. Spanish Tax Forms charge per property, so if a property is in joint names, they will be cheaper. Both companies receive excellent recommendations on this forum, so you won't go wrong with either, and they will both be cheaper than the fee you're currently being charged by your solicitor.

Hi Kim
You are right Spanish tax forms are cheaper by €1 when there are 2 property owners but Angar's fee includes paying it for you and Spanish tax forms charge a further €12 for that. I myself recommend Angar but both are well recommended on here.
