It’s now 24% x 2% of cadastral value -  this value will/should be on your remittance for the Suma tax payment

...vered they had revalued and backdated it for 4years. So although our direct debit had been paying 126€ to Suma each year now the revaluation of 349€ per annum required the additional 220€ per year plus the extra for that year. So now our Suma is nearly 3times what it had been. Incidentally we have received our calculation for this year's non resident tax from Anger Services and its same as last year 240€ for 2020, this suggests it doesn't rise until next year to 24%.
