I have not been to my apartment for some time and I need the water reconnected, however trying to contact Hidraqua from the UK is proving extremely difficult, their 24/7 help line never has any English speaking reps, (I’ve tried learning Spanish!) and no response to their twitter account. Does anyone have any advice or thoughts. I’m coming to Spain on 14th March and need it sorted before then. Thanks in anticipation of any help!

The only way to get this situation in order is to go to the office of the Hidraqua. When you cannot do it on yourself you can ask an other person to do it for you but then you must give an aprovement that the person can handle in your name. The person need then all the documents included your personal documents (copy of the pasport, NIE number, hidraqua notes etc to fix this.

I do not know if you have some one you can trust to do this for you, otherwise you can contact me.

You can find me at the add a business page of costa blanca forum under the name Full Property Service Maricasa & Vos.

We are a official business and work as autonomo in Spain. We speak English, Dutch, little Spanish and German.

Maby i can help you if you want,

Grt,

Marian

Thanks for the reply....must be just me then!   It’s frustrating as really don’t want to stay in a hotel when I have my own apartment!
