I have inherited a house in Torrevieja which has the all the utilities disconnected. Can anyone advise me how to get these reconnected again. I need gas, electric and water.

You will need: a so called "cedula de habitabilidad" issud by the local branch of Ministerio de la Vivienda. Power supllier will ask for "Boletin" issued by an approved "Electricista". As for gas, if there is an empty gas bottle, exchange it for a full one at most service stations. If there's a gas line, enquire at your local supplier.
