Tennis Clubs and Swimming Pool facilities

Hi - I will be in Villajoyosa from 8 Sept to 7 October and want to play tennis with other people (Ladies and Mixed Doubles) so keen to join a local Club. I play regularly in the UK both socially and league matches. Are there any in the town that I can join on a pay and play basis or for a month’s subscription?

Also looking for a public swimming pool or hotel pool where non guests can swim?

Hello,

We visit Villajoyosa from time to time for a month or two and my husband always plays at Villajoyosa Club de Tenis in Carretera del Puerto. They run mix in sessions for international visitors on most mornings. It is a very friendly and welcoming family run club so just pop along at 9.30 on any day and ask for Juanmi or Tita who run the club.

You can either join for a month for 40 euros and then pay a token 1.5 euros per hour to play. Or you can play as a visitor for 6 euros per hour. Good luck.
