Hi everyone

Can anyone please advise me where I can buy a nice bottle of Savingnon Blanc or a spanish wine like it. I have bought differnet wines from Mercado but nothing is anything I want to buy again.

TIA

Quite a few that are like Sauvignon blanc. Wines made from Verdejo grapes are most like it and many stores sell this. Carrefour has several. Also several bodegas in Torrevieja that do it. Aldi has one of the best wine selections around.

Also try a wine from La Mancha called vino Lobon.

I'm not a white wine type and prefer the reds from La Rioja or Aragon.

Try a white rioja and spend over 4€ a bottle on it, they have some nice ones in Mercadona.

Possibly consider & try Rueda wine. (many varieties & prices).

The Rueda wines are internationally praised because of their freshness and fruity character. The region of Rueda was the first legally recognized Designation of Origin in the Castilla y León region of Spain.
