Fraudsters or not? - Page 2

I don;t have any more info they say they are based in Madrid. I cannot find these properties on any other site and they do seem to good to be true.  I asked if I could have a look at property before before paying out any money and what bank were they a Repo with but told no. Money first which is refundable LOL.

hello,i have too messages from miguel gomez,sharon,iwas in spain the last week,i looked few properties i had found in torreta florida,etc,the houses exist really,but i was wary,i tryed to call spanish bank in madrid,i had a man who told me he didnt know miguel gomez,it was a fraud,i was disappointed,but before give my money,i wanted to know more,i I went to the bank where I had to transfer to ciudad quesada, and indeed the account was good to this bank, but not convinced, here is my info, if it helps

We had a call from a previous employer of Barri Miles, who said they had intercepted his emails.

He was sacked and took all the client details from the agent and began emailing properties that were not bank repossessions. At the time he was being hunted by the police...be aware.

Hi, I am sharon Wheater, I had my identity stolen and my company identity along with several other agents in spain by the conman Barri Miles. He used to work for Property Sales Espana, then he left the country stealing 125.000 euros and ran to Thialand.  He is now using my name along with several others to sell bogus properties that are not for sale by the bank. The Guardia Civil, UK Police, French, Swedish and German police are involved but because it is a non extradition country it is difficult to ecalate the problem as its not considered a serious crime ie, murder etc. He has stolen hundreds of thousands of pounds/euros etc from unsuspecting people.

I am in no way connected with this horrendous excuse for a human being.  Myself and my company have helped to stop people being scammed by this man, he is still sending out scam emails and people who i have managed to warn have now forward on all the emails they receive and i am able to email any emails that are attached to them to warn people.

This did at first affected my business, I have had to change domain names, websites, had to rebuild from his conman actions. Its cost me a lot of money because of him. Thankfully most people now know what he has done and what he has put myself and other agents through.  I have taken several people he has conned to the guardia civil personally, met them at the airport and taken them in and helped them.

I have a large very repsectable company, I am a qualified real estate agent and neither me, nor my staff are anything to do with this and I can send you the denuncias to prove this.  It is diabolical what he is doing but we are working on stopping him.  He is located in Pattaya, that is what we have found out but its a very large area. My next move is emailing his family, his sons, as this has gone on far too long and has cost me countless sleepless nights. 

Again, to prove me, my staff nor company are involved I will provide the denuncias against him from myself and company, and I can show you the emails we send back to people to warn them when we get a forward email from this abhorrent human being.  

My company dont use outlook.com which is where these emails come from we use gmail and I am happy to show anyone who would like proof of this and the proof we have that I have no involvement whatsover.

I still get regular emails from you or purported to be from you.  The fact that the properties are so amazing and so cheap even for Bank repos and the upfront fee made me realise it was obviously too good to be true

Hi, Absolutely not from me or my company at all, we do sell bank repossessions but they are on  my website never sent out without being traceable and we have agreements with banks. Please forward the emails to me at [email protected] as we use them as evidence, and send them to the guardia civil.

Please block him, he uses the name Frank Smith, Maria Sanchez too and another one but i will have to find the name. There are 4 or 5 alias's he uses.

He was an agent in spain and i dont understand why he would go rouge like that, he ripped off several deposits from glynn too at PSE and Glynn  had to pay them out of his pocket aswell as the 125k.  He cloned Glynns company sim card so he could use PSE as his starting point, then Antonio Lago Lago, Ristoff and even tried with home espana a couple of times.

I am trying so hard to help try and stop it but this creature is relentless!! I can 100% assure you they are not and never have or will come from me or my company, we are very reuptable company, our clients can vouch for that.  I would never dream of doing anything like this to anyone and I dont know how he sleeps at night...obviously very well living it up in Thailand...unlike me!

We are doing everything we can to stop him but it just seems impossible, because its not a capital crime and its fraud, its not taken as seriously but it should be. Makes me sick. It nearly ruined me!!!  Thankfully it hasnt. I have put out warnings all over social media about him and his crime, done my best to try and let people know its a scam and I am not involved.

Hi sharon I am dealing with this fraudster now I have all the  emails I was due to pay 1500 euros tomm on a property  what is your number be good to call you and go through this with you.

This guy has to be stopped
