Most taxes can be paid online for nothing. All you need is a Spanish bank account and someone (asesor fiscal) who teches you how to retrieve fiscal data and fill the online forms.

I am like you a non resident who visits Spain a few times a year. In something available on the internet called Jim guides - your complete guide to Spain, which was, maybe still is, recommended on this forum and recognised as a simple help for people like us to run our house in Spain, he recommended a company called Angar Taxation Service based in Torrevieja (guy called Andy Garcia) who charges 20 euros per year to do non residents tax. I am no slouch on tax, I do my own and my wife's in the UK etc, but for 20 euros per year I use them. Hope that gives you an alternative.

...ded a company called Angar Taxation Service based in Torrevieja (guy called Andy Garcia) who charges 20 euros per year to do non residents tax. I am no slouch on tax, I do my own and my wife's in the UK etc, but for 20 euros per year I use them. Hope that gives you an alternative.
Angar have increased their fees this year, its now 20 euros to calculate the tax, a further 20 euros to submit the form and then another 20 euros to pay it, so 60 euros altogether for a single tax payer. Bit of an increase!

I only have an email
I emailed them earlier as I had a look at the website and noticed that the charges listed were different to those quotes to me by Andy earlier in the year. I have asked for clarification and am awaiting a reply. When I am clear what the charges are I will post on here

I'd recommend Spanish Tax Forms Ltd - £34.95 per property, plus £12 per person if you want them to make the payment on your behalf to the tax office:
