Transfer car plates

Now I have my TIE card is it right that I have 183 days to transfer my UK registered car on to Spanish plates.

1. change head and rear light assy. for RHD.
2. drive to nearest ITV and hand in COC and proof of ownership.
3. pay tax where applicable (exemped within 6 months after taking residence).
4. Pay road tax at your counci for current year..
5. request interview at your corresponding branch of "Trafico".
6. Sjow up at given date with all the paperwork listed in the aforementioned. You will have to pay a fee by credit card only.
7. Get your plates printed.
8. Get insurance cover.
9. YOU MADE IT
