Helpful member
Thank you Rich, it really is worth a look, really peaceful and like I said a perfect base to get to so many things, but away from busy built up areas, and you can still get some real bargains there, my agent was Casas Espania, and another good one is Orange Casas, fingers crossed you get your little bolt hole in the sun 😎

It's a good idea, we are just going through the process!! Looking forward to getting out there and exploring further.
I organised viewings in a number of areas across the area with a couple of estate agents - Mark at Ole International was brilliant and he and the rest of the staff went of their way, without any pressure. I purchased a property through them and Mark continued to help well after the sale went through. I can’t praise them enough. So helpful, friendly and professional. They have offices in Villamartin and Zenia Boulevard and a good website with lots of properties.
Good luck with your search. I’m sure you won’t regret it.

Its a great idea. I bought one in Villamartin April last year and I am retiring there next March.
Best thing I ever did. Life is short, go for it
Mine all went through brilliantly with no problems, in fact it was a pleasurable experience
If you need any contact details of people who can help, estate agent (the best), solicitor, just let me know
Regard
Shane

Morning Rich,
The guy i used was Tony from [email protected]
He was fantastic and such a lovely bloke, very honest which is what you want
Even after i bough he set me up with tradesmen as i needed a bit of work carrying out so he had the full package
The solicitor he uses (Sheila Garcia) is one of the best in Spain and she was amazing
I often have a beer with Tony when i am out and he cant do enough. His website is www.costablancahomesin spain.com
My number is 07903 753380 if you need a quick heads up anytime. I can also run you through the buying process, my experience anyway
Shane
