eagles nest

hi im looking at buying a property close to captin morgans bar eagles nest. I have been coming to the villmartin area for a number of years but dont know much about the eagles nest area. Any info on the area would be great ? also ive read reviews on captin morgans bar that have been all good but am a little woried that it might be noisy near the bar? any info would be appercited thanks

Hi we have a top floor apt 2 mind from Morgan bar overlooking a green area.

We live on Pineda golf 1 approx 5 mins walk to Morgans and also at least another 10 within 10 mins. The urb is lovely with a great social side, comm fees are very low,

240 euros a year which includes U.K. Tv house insurance and pool etc a very peaceful friendly urbanisation

Hi We can recommend Morgans bar, we was there new years eve. On a Thursday the do a fish or steak with a bottle of wine 22.50 for two. never noticed much noise from the road. maybe find somewhere a couple of roads back from the san meguel rd
