That’s great thank you. We’ll certainly be coming out for just a week initially, as soon as it’s safe to fly and hopefully within that week we can visit the places we’re interested in and then plan another trip for a longer period staying in our favourite spot. 

Do you do holiday lets as well as short term and is your property fairly central in Villamartin? 

Hi, my house is about 5 mins from Villamartin and also about 5 mins from La Fluenta, which also has many bars, restaurants etc. It is at Rioja. If you are interested in seeing it let me know and I will direct you online to where you can see pictures. I do short term lets, as well as longer, if they fit into the schedule. Quesada is absolutely bustling. Beautiful properties, a short drive to the beach and a fab, busy town centre with shops, cocktail bars, lovely bars and restaurants - and the wonderful enormous Lemon Tree Market. Please do take a look. You won't be disappointed. 

We bought an apartment in Quesada to start with and love it so much that we have recently bought a house as we are now planning our retirement there.

Thank you so much for the reply and the more research we are doing, the more appealing Quesada seems to be. From the location and proximity to the beach and salt lakes for running and cycling, this will be the first location for our initial visit. 

Although we are retired, we are both young 40 somethings and we do enjoy the social scene and the centre looks like it has everything to offer. We really need to come over as soon as practicable and get a real feel for the area. UK properties have already been valued, so we’ve started the ball rolling so to speak.
