Hi all just joined site I am coming to villamartin in Feb, I’m sure this has been asked before but I’ve been contacted by several estate agents Costa Blanca sales, vistacasa, prestige properties, to name a few they all seem to offer a similar service , I’m just wondering if  I can get a bit of feedback , thanks in advance

You don't need an estate agent. Do the house hunting yourself on line, every property on the market is on line. Find properties you like then contact the agents marketing them for a viewing.

We used Vista Casa when we purchased last year. We really liked Mark who showed us round as he never once tried to sell the properties to us.  When we mentioned the negatives of the first property, he never tried to change our mind. He gave us space and let us make up our own mind.

Really you only need to go with a couple of agents or one as each shares properties, if you pick a couple then tell your budget, what your after then let them source the properties for you, then spend a couple of days.

I used Casas Manuel with an office in La Zenia and Benijófar. Great service and as mentioned above, they showed me some properties which were being marketed by others. Never felt pressured and they were really supportive.
