I am a local property agent and can definitely help

Hello I am looking at properties on line around Villamartin area.

Could you inform me of any other fees other than solicitors fees I would incur. I.e. community charges, stamp duty, I am looking at 2 bed properties around the £ 60k mark.

Hi Debs,

I am not sure what your reasons are for ruling out a 3 storey apartment block, but we purchased one on the Las Violetas urbanisation very close to the plaza. We are on the top floor, but we have a lift which also goes to the basement where we have an allocated parking space and store. The "extra"...

... floor for us is an advantage as our solarium offers really nice views. The urbanisation is beautifully landscaped and maintained, while the block only has 10 properties.

We never thought we would end up buying an apartment, being used to semi's and detached properties in the UK, but actually it suits us better as a winter home.

I hope you find what you are looking for.

Hi Debs,

I bought a 3 bed/2 bath house last year on Panorama Golf, 10 mins walk to the Plaza

There are a few properties advertised on Rightmove on the urbanisation.

Its worth a look

Shane

Hi Debs...have you tried Pau 8 just over the Canal...few minutes walk from V. Plaza?...we moved here twelve months ago...a Lola Bungalow with Solarium..we love it! A good mixture of permanent and non residents...

Good luck with your search...Hennie

We are out the moment  and staying on Pau8, with a view to buy , have looked at a  few but didn't know there were any bungalows, can you tell me where about to look for these please would be interested?  thanks Yvonne

Hi Deb's we don't live here but have been overwintering near La Fuente Centre, Villamartin and can recommend the area 5 mins walk to supermarket/restaurants/chemist. Everything is so convenient the Plaza/La Zenia Boulevard/Coast. Happy house hunting!
