Hi offer accepted on flat in Villamartin wonder if anyone can recommend reputable English speaking lawyers in the area who can do conveyancing for me. Had one firm recommended but would like a couple more quotes at least thanks in advance guys!

Shouldn't cost you more than 2000e all in. This includes the notary as well. Won't include your 10% stampduty
I have seen some people paying as much as 2500e. This is far too much and they have been rinsed.

Been recommended by agent but not off to a good start wrong property referred to and I think they look expensive and have been unresponsive to questions just like a UK conveyance in fact!😀

Please never use the solicitor recommended by the agent, all they are interested in is getting the sale over the line and getting their money. Lots and lots of comments on here about using an independent solicitor.
Are people suggesting that a solicitor recommended by an estate agent act outside of the law? Surely not...that would be illegal and get the solicitors taken off the register.No?
