Does anyone know whether, if you are a Spanish resident, and only have one property that is being rented out as a holiday rental, and you are doing all the key-holding, cleaning and change-over etc do you still need to register on the Autonomo? I know I will need to report the income on my tax return but paying tax of 19% of property income is okay, paying Autonomo for just a few weeks/months rental income a year could wipe out any rental profit. Thanks
