Can anyone advise of who can carry out a Digital Fingerprint I.D check, I think the Policia can do it but just want to know if any other agencies can do this digital fingerprints check for ne, I need it for an embassy,

Your best bet for fingerprinting in Spain is to visit a police station; they can take your fingerprints and then stamp or sign any documentation required.

As it is Spain they probably do charge but I can't locate any information about fees. You could always ask at your local police station. Below is a link to a commercial company who you could make enquiries with about charges if you wish.
