Hi, we live in the Villamartin area. I believe I need to make an appointment for our residencia. We already have our Padron. My question is,

does anyone know if we are supposed to make the appointment on line or can we go into the same place we got our padron, take a ticket and wait in line?

The other question is,

I believe that there is a tax to pay of about 10 euro each. I think we need to go to the bank to make this payment. Can anyone confirm this for me please? Also if I need a form to make the tax payment?

Any advice would be great, thank you

Hi for Residencia you need to make an appointment on https://sede.administracionespublicas.gob.es/icppus/index.html for Playa Flamenca Town Hall

the form you need to pay the tax is called Tasa Modelo 790 Codigo 012 Importe costing E10.71  then take this to the bank and they stamp the form and take the payment.  THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE BEFORE DATE OF RESIDENCIA.  If you cant print off the form there is a small newagents in mall of Mercadona at Playa Flamenca opposite the Town Hall who will do this and print copies required for a few euros each but still need to take it to bank for payment and stamped.

Also you need to be registered with the Padron within 3 months of your Residencia appointment - for this you need to take a ticket and wait!!!!!!

All documents needed are:

Application EX18 filled in and 2 copies (can be found on internet just search for Form EX18)

Passport Original and 1 copy

Taxes stamped and paid at bank (before appointment)

Registration at Padron - dated 3 months within the date of appointment

Passport Photo (this can also be obtained in Optician in Mercadona mall) small charge

Health Insurance if required, original and one copy

Proof of income to show you will not be a burden on the Spanish system, in our case proof of pensions and Bank Statement from our Spanish Bank for at least three months, the Bank provided this free of charge and stamped it to show it was an official document

If you are working, pensioner/workers in the EU, unemployed, further documents are required.

Can be a know all in this as just completed my own Residencia and didn't pay big money for someone else to do it for me, time consuming but possible.

Good luck   John
