Can anyone recommend an accountant that actually communicates?? I'm on my second one now who promised the earth, and is almost no better than the first who was sh*t at responding to emails. They don't even mail me to ask for anything when it's due! It is driving me nuts!!!

I find very little emailing goes on here. Have you tried phoning or calling into the office if you are here in Spain,even if you have to wait a while it does get much better results.?

These guys have always been great with my company. Reply to emails, phone etc straight away. Reception staff are English, accountants Spanish, but never a problem. 3 offices on the Costa Blanca.

Most people and businesses here seem to use WhatsApp for general communication, it’s quicker and easier and usually elicits a reply!

Try David at VP Advisers - [email protected] have used him for years always answers and usually calls if he needs information, speaks English and has solicitor services in house
