Just on my way to Las Virtudes, Villena

Just a quick note of introduction.
I expect to complete on a property in Las Virtudes outskirts this month and will undoubtedly have a wealth of questions since I have never lived in Spain. I will be in need of every bit of furniture etc to allow me to hit the ground running so to speak. I wish to pick up Spanish as best I can and will be interested in any activity which might allow me to do so.
I am early retired and now devote much of my time to art and travel but have an interest in most things.
I will be living "off grid" initially so any advice is again welcome.
Any early advice will obviously be most welcome.
