That's very simple and you can do on your own saving a bunch. Fill form 036 or 037 (depending on the type of activity) and hand in to youf local Hacienda branch. Then fill form TA 0521-1 (for you alone) or TA 0521-2 (including family mebers) and hand in to your local Caja General de la Seguridad Social branch and you'r done. However, you will need a so called Asesor Fiscal to do all the book keepng and Tax returns (quite tricky) never a GESTOR. His fees should not exceed 90,-/mo and you are on the safe side.
