Does anyone have experience with broadband in the Busot area (Pla de Lloma)? - 3 replies

My family and I have a house in Busot, Pla de Lloma, C/Penyagolosa. We would like to get fast broadband connection. The neigbourhood is relatively new but I know that recently they have put (Broadband?) cable in the ground towards our house. Does anyone have experience with broadband in the Busot area? Is there proper cable and which provider should I get? Many thanks!

Does anyone know the laws regarding noise pollution from bars?

Busot has 2 bars which have live music on during the summer months from 9 pm until whenever they like. The sound levels are too high and Busot being situated in a valley doesn't help. We have no choice but to listen to drunks "singing kareoki" and anything besides. Thanks.

Just wondering if anybody lives in Busot and knows any practicalities of living there and dealing with the town hall and such?

As I understand it the town has a large international presence as well as local one, is the town hall easily approachable and willing to grant works permits without too much fuss or cost?

How about the post, does that work via communal mail boxes or is there a place where we can get a PO Box?

Any other little details that may be of interest?
