im considering buying a house in elda with a pool . And as I won’t be there at times are there local services that can get your pool ready for your arrival ? If so what are the charges ? 

Can anyone recommend an English speaking Gestor who is based in ELDA ?

Hi.

I am looking for an internet provider in Elda, because I am only out in Spain 3 or 4 times a year it would not be worth

me paying for a full year. What I am looking for if possible is to have fibre installed and use it on an OFF and ON basis.

Like calling a provider before leaving the U.K. and asking them to turn internet on and then on arrival back in the UK. calling to ask them to turn it off. Hoping this is a possibility and would love to hear any suggestions.

Hi My Name David I have Squatters living in my apartment. Went to the Guardia civil and reported it they told me I would hear from the court that was two years a go. I'm still paying suma tax and none resident tax. Not sure what to do can anyone help or give advice thanks

I received a text message from my local medical centre back in December suggesting that I should make an appointment for Covid booster number 4 plus a flu jab as it was being predicted there would be higher than normal cases of the latter this winter. So, I went and got both done and within a couple of days I had a streaming cold and lousy cough. 

Now after six weeks (and a negative covid test) I've managed to shake off the cold but just can't seem to get rid of the cough, I was just wondering if many other people have had an unusual chesty few weeks ?

I have rug for sale .. I bought it in the UK about a year ago with the idea that it would go in the hallway but unfortunately it was the wrong size and has been rolled up in the wardrobe ever since.

It measures 230 cm in length and 60 cm in width and of high quality, I´m looking for 30 €.  I got it from Dunelm in the UK and I seem to recall paying about 70.00 pounds.
