Teaching english on a voluntary or paid basis

The Guardamar del Segura council has said that only detached houses will be granted tourist licences. Along with apartment blocks that are purely for rental purposes only, provided the block is solely for that reason, they are the only ones that will be granted a tourist licence in future and the entire property must be made available to holiday makers and not just individual areas.

This comes after hotels in the city have complained about the unfair competition. 

Estate agents have been instructed to point this out to potential buyers.

Can anyone recommend a lawyer in Guardamar del Segura please who speaks English. My Spanish is very basic.
