Ik cast via pickx app van proximus op mijn smart tv. 

Alles gaat goed. Toch na tien min springt het beeld op testbeed van tv. 

Op mijn gsm staat echter dat ik nog altijd ben verbonden met de tv. 

Wie kan mij helpen?

I ben toegekomen op mijn tweede verblijf op de vistabella golf. Ik heb nu internet aangevraagd bij vegafibre. 

Nu is mijn vraag of ik nog een kabel abonnement moet afsluiten om tv te kijken?

Kan ik Belgische zenders ontvangen?

Can anyone advise on how to go about legalizing an extended and glazed in porch, that was constructed last year. Without permits?

Should I seek help from my Spanish solicitor who helped purchase the property or a specialist solicitor? 

The property is on an urbanisation and alot of the properties have had work carried out without the knowledge of the town hall. 

Would like to have everything legal and on the land registry.

Yes I should have done it right first time, but we all make mistakes.

Hi,

I am looking at buying a permanent home in Oriheula city in the area of Espenetas. It seems to be close to amenities and the mountain range. Could anyone please advise of the feeling of this area and any other areas of Orihuela city it would be very much appreciated.

Also, it appears that the Orihuela Language Centre School is no longer operating. Are there any other language school centres for learning Spanish in the city? I am aware that there are colleges in Murcia which is about a 30 minute train journey, which would be fine, if necessary. 

I look forward to any response that will better inform me of my property search. Thank you in advance.
