Hello, I'm new to this forum but I would like to thank and highly recommend CM Construction.

They worked all weekend to complete unfinished work from a previous builder. The quality and professional service provided by mark and his team was unbelievable. Working Friday night all day Saturday and Mark almost all day Sunday to complete everything after I explained the urgency of the work.

I will definitely use again for any further projects and 100% recommend I attach their business card

We are a couple 60ish looking for a property to rent for 6 months over the winter. Mid October 2024 to mid April 2025. We are also coming to Alicante City or San Juan Playa for all of April 2024 to further explore the city. We have a car but prefer using local transport. One of us has an Irish passport so we have all our visas and medical sorted. It is the best places to rent in Alicante City or San Juan Playa as an expat and the best value for money that we are intersted in.

If there is a suitable property within 3 is( miles that would also work

My ankle has become very swollen and blistered and I need to catch an early flight home. I can get a bus from playa flamenca to the station but can anyone tell me how close that is to the airport.

A very close relative, who lived in Playa San Juan, has recently passed away and I’m seeking recommendations for an english speaking solicitor to assist with the Will and other legal related procedures please.

I live in the UK and any help and recommendations for a reliable solicitor preferably local to Alicante would be greatly appreciated.

Desire oceanfront condo  1-2 bedrooms for April and May 2023. If not oceanfront at least ocean views. Playa San Juan area.Appreciate any help/suggestions.
