Can someone please advise what the requirements are to apply for permanent residency. I am particularly interested in finding out how many days I have to be in Spain per annum. I thought that it's 183 days, but have heard conflicting advice. Also, what evidence is required. I don't work. Will a padron dating back to 2018 (along with passport and other documents) be sufficient evidence of residency if I want to apply next year?

I have tried and failed to transfer my house direct debits from my BBVA bank to my Wise account. Dival (Xativa office of the diputacio de Valencia) have now accepted that I can use the Belgian ISBN, but can’t get around the lack of 2 less numbers than the Spanish ISBNs. They have tried but can’t seem to do it. A friend has succeeded but I don’t (and they don’t) know how exactly. The office said that I might need the extra numbers in front of the BE? Has anyone successfully done this? As a non resident I am trying to avoid the new higher bank charges.
