We are looking for an air-conditioning mechanic in xativa area. We have bought 2 new air-conditioning units, which we thought were diy units .... However they both require a professional mechanic to adjust the pipes and bring it up to pressure and vacuum. Any suggestions highly appreciated

Hi everyone,

We're moving our family to Xatvia (or maybe Gandia) this summer and were wondering what it's like to live there as an Expat family? 

Our collective Spanish is poor at the moment but we've gone all in on learning so fingers crossed we'll be less embarrassing come September and the boys (13,11) starting school.

The intention is to use the new Spanish Digital Nomad visa...

Was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing any problems with getting residency! We keep getting told by our lawyer not to worry it all takes time .....we started it in Dec 2020  we have a house private medical insurance pardon Bank account and even registered with the tax office is this normal to be waiting this long and is there anyone else having to wait like us  🙁 thanks guys sue 

Zijn er nog Nederlandstaligen in Xàtiva? Wij hebben onlangs een huis gekocht in Bixquert en we zullen de hele zomer daar zijn. Misschien leuk om andere Nederlandstaligen te ontmoeten.

We would like a builder to check a house/ pool out for us before putting in an offer, any recommendations? The house is near Barxeta.

I have now ran out of medication due to staying longer than planned I attended a medical centre yesterday got my sip and they told me to go to somewhere else for an appointment the earliest date is 4th July ?? I have travel insurance but just no one knows what I need to do please help mr
