Can anyone give me any info at all about the mysterious white castle which stands on a hilltop between Algorfa and Torrevieja?

(Posted on the other site as well - lets see who can come up with an answer first. Come on all you La Marinians!

When you drive past it looks like it could be a private house in the middle of a lot of orange and lemon orchards. It used to be a brown colour before it was painted white.

All the locals can tell me is they believe it probably belongs to a Dutch man who may or may not live there, and the council wanted to buy it some years ago and open it as a tourist attraction but couldn't raise the money.

I was told it belonged to Mick Hucknall, but could be rumour.
