Hi Jo we have a cleaning company, we look after 28 privately owned propertys. We do the cleaning /laundry holding of keys and can also meet and greet if you require that. We live in la Zenia not far from Paddys point. We take great  pride in our work, and can provide references.

To rent a property in Spain you will need to registered and have the necessary licence. It is not as easy to get away with renting short term as it used to be. Take proper advice or you could face big fines. Good luck.
