Can anyone tell me if there are buses that go from Pinoso to Elche please we are aware that buses from near T.De Tapas go to Alicante but were wondering if they went elsewhere .

For this sort of information, the starting point is often your town hall website, in your case:
This says the bus company is Subus - Vectalia, but their website says they don't go to Elche. Play around with their website to find out what destinations they do serve:
