Fantastic Service
I want to let everyone know what an extremely helpful guy Alfonso of Gran Alacant Insurances is.
Our car's dashboard lit up like the 4th July when we were about to go out and refused to even consider turning over. We suspect rat damage to the wiring. We contacted a garage who advised that we had recovery cover on our insurance so we could get a Grua. I emailed Alfonso to check and he contacted the Grua company to collect our car this morning. A mechanic turned up first to see if he could get it going and Alfonso spoke to him whilst he was at our house. Unfortunately it does need a Grua so Alfonso sorted this out and as I speak it is being loaded up.
We would have struggled understanding the original mechanic without Alfonso's help and it is a comfort to know Alfonso is there. It all started Saturday when the offices are closed but Alfonso answered my email nonetheless and made phone calls for us.
Absolutely first class service.
