Looking for a job: Tree surgeons

Hi,
My family and I are thinking of the area of Albatera to move too..My husband an d I do tree surgery here in the UK , also he has done green keeping and i have done various jobs in bars restaurant..
How easy is it to get work in this area?
We probably wont be doing it for at least a year, to move then we will have to get sorted in which ever house we buy..
We also have three teenagers, one of which doesn't want to move as he is at college here in the UK
Basically looking for advice at how easy the move is to there and also the people, they look and sound very welcoming, its why we were drawn to this town..
