Hi,
I have just bought a Cortijo near Alcoi. The patio has an amazing arch design & I would like to install bi-fold windows to [1] allow free flow of air in a shaded area during summer, but close the patio off & bring it into the house footprint during winters.
Can anyone recommend a company that install bi-fold windows?

Most of the Spanish Cristaleria’s would be able to do this for you.
However,before you spend the money,it at be worth just checking with your local Ajuntamiento that you are permitted to do so. If you are, they will also tell you whether you need to apply for a licence to have the work done, The fines for not doing so can be pretty steep.
