Been asked many times and plenty of threads on making wills. Go to a notary who will adapt a template to your needs at under 100 euro. Or contact Thy Will be Done in Benijofar which is run by British staff and draw up a will to your requirement for 99 euro a person.
Do not use a solicitor as they charge stupid money of 300 euro plus.

Hi Rosie,
Firstly, many thanks to Marcliff for the recommendation.
Yes, we are specialist Will writers of both UK and Spanish Wills.
We would be very pleased to help you.
There are 3 options:
Either you can come to our office in Benijofar (free)
or
We can have a telephone consultation (free)
or
If travel is difficult, we can send an advisor to your home ( there would be a fee for this option)
Give us a call on 865 756 058 and we can chat further.
More information can be found on our advert on this forum or at our website www.thywill.es.
We look forward to maybe speaking with you soon.

Hi
See Paul as above
Malc
My wife and I have bought a house in Algorfa. My wife has an Irish passport. How easy is it to get Spanish residency if we both live in the UK?
Hmm, wondered why this was in the wills thread.
However, a question that has been asked and answered many times. If your wife has an Irish passport she can apply to go on the Register of EU foreigners residing in Spain which gives her resident status. She would just need to show an income of 600 euro a month and health insurance either private or state provided if receiving a state pension. Simply an appointment at a National police station or a foreigners' office.
She can then apply for you to be listed as the spouse of an EU national by doing the same thing (but ticking a different box on the application form, spouse of EU citizen instead of EU citizen).
And that's basically it. Look around the site. John123456 has given extensive links to the procedure for Irish passport holders to gain de facto residency and how to get your spouse to join you. The good thing being you can apply for this in Spain and not necessary to do so from your home country.
