WISE and ATM charges.

Better check with WISE which ATMs can be used free of charge in Spain.

I haven't found one. 

All charged me and wise charge also if exceed £200 in a month

Try Sabadell, if I draw money at their ATM using my Danish visa they charge €1.80. They inform you of the price and give you the chance to cancel the transaction. 

Hi, Santander ATM did say upfront about the charge and gave the option to cancel.

Just thought the charge high as it's a dual currency wise card with healthy Euro balance. I realise there will be a charge but find 7 euro a bit excessive.

If you're a UK resident why not open a UK Santander account? 

Qualifying Santander accounts can withdraw cash from any Spanish Santander ATMs in mainland Spain fee free and at the Visa bank rate. Just make sure you press the "No conversion" button when using your UK debit card to withdraw the cash.

There are lots of ATMs giving free withdrawals on a Wise card, but I don't think any of them are attached to Spanish banks!

Try standalone Cashzone atms, I use them regularly. Also Deutsche Bank.

I have yet to find one in the la florida, playa Flamenca and la zenia despite searching. 

I continue to try and find one which I will then use regularly

There are 2 atms outside Murphy's/Via Park 2 - one is Cashzone and the other is Euronet. Both are free. One is at the entrance to Murphy's, the other is on the opposite side of the road. There is another one built into the wall by the Celtic Isle.
